This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, delivered, and tracked.
1. Shipping Coverage Across Pakistan
We deliver honey to all major cities and remote areas in Pakistan, including:
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta
Hyderabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Faisalabad
AJK, GB, villages & small towns
2. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted logistics partners such as:
Leopards Courier
TCS
M&P (Call Courier)
These companies ensure secure, temperature-safe, and reliable delivery for fragile items like glass jars.
3. Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on your location:
Major Cities:
1–3 working days
Remote Areas:
3–7 working days
During peak seasons (Ramzan, Eid, Winter), delivery may take slightly longer.
We always update customers if delays occur.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within:
24 hours (Monday to Saturday)
Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next working day.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on weight and location:
Flat rate: PKR 200 – 300 in most cities
Orders above PKR [3500] → Free Shipping
6. Packaging & Product Safety
Your honey jar is packed with:
Multi-layer bubble wrap
Break-proof corrugated box
Tamper-proof sealed lid
We take extra care because honey jars (especially glass) are fragile.
7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
SMS/WhatsApp update
Tracking ID
Courier link for live parcel tracking
You can always check delivery status using your tracking number.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Your parcel may be returned if:
Wrong address/phone number was provided
Courier could not reach you after multiple attempts
Customer refuses to receive the parcel
In such cases, the customer may be asked to pay shipping charges again for re-delivery.
9. Delivery Issues (Lost/Damaged Parcel)
If a parcel is:
Lost by courier
Damaged/leaked during transit
Incorrect item received
We will:
✔ Reship the order free of cost

✔ Issue a full refund (according to Refund Policy)
We require proof: photos/videos of the damaged parcel.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Soon, we aim to introduce honey shipping to the UAE, Dubai, UK, Germany, Australia & Europe.
