Thank you for shopping with Honeeza. We strive to deliver 100% pure, natural, and hygienically packed honey to our customers. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, replacements, and returns work for our products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our product (food/consumable items), returns are allowed only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or leaked product

If your jar was damaged, cracked, or leaked during delivery.

  • You received the wrong product

If the product delivered is not what you ordered.

  • You received an expired item

(Which is highly unlikely (honey doesn’t expires), but covered for your protection.)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The jar has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • The product was damaged due to customer mishandling

  • The wrong address was provided during checkout

  • The customer changed their mind after opening the product

  • The product was purchased during special deals/discounts (non-refundable unless damaged)

For food safety reasons, opened honey jars cannot be resold or reused.

3. Timeframe for Claims

Customers must report any issue within:

  • 48 hours of receiving the product

After 48 hours, refund/return eligibility may not apply.

4. Proof Required (Mandatory)

To process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A photo of the outer packaging

  • Order number and customer details

  • (Optional but helpful) A short video showing the issue

5. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, you will receive:

  • A free replacement jar, shipped at no extra cost

We typically ship replacements within 2–4 working days.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • Replacement is not possible (out of stock)

  • Customer received an incorrect or heavily damaged item

  • An order was charged but not delivered

Refunds will be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

  • Original payment method (where applicable)

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order:

  • Before it is shipped → Full refund

  • After shipping → No cancellation possible

9. Shipment Issues

If courier delays or loses a parcel, we will coordinate with the courier and either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund
